I am not much of a conspirist but this just strikes me as odd. We just went through Labor Day, a high traffic holiday. Shouldn't the increased consumption have raised oil prices? That is the excuse we get every other travel holiday but not this one, why? I know it is an election year so it just seems suspicious oil prices fell through the holiday and continue to fall. I did some research and not a single other travel holiday did prices fall or even stay the same. They always rose temporarily. I went back 3 years and it was the same. Anyone else have this suspicion of politics and oil?Why are oil prices falling?
It's an election year.
