Your best bet might be to get a half fill for now so that you continue to have heat. then if the price drops later you can fill up the rest of the way at a cheaper rate.
Now if we could tell you that, we would all be rich. In my opinion it will continue to fall because they're fixing to dig an oil well near my place.
