I think that both parties think that there is a problem with oil prices but they have different solutions to the problem. One side thinks that it is too costly to invest in alternative energy and focuses on continued addiction to oil and wants to drill everywhere. The other side wants to invest in alternative energy sources and thinks that offshore drilling and other drilling would only keep us dependent on foreign oil and would not significantly reduce the cost of oil (since the oil would be sold on the world market). Since Republicans think oil prices are ok and Democrats don't, why don't charge $9 to Rep and .99 cents to Dem

What are you talking about the Repubs are the only ones that had ideas to lower prices, Drilling off shore, increased refining capacity, invreasing nuclear power, and clean coal technologies. The Dems want alternative and renewable fuels that dont even exist and would be more expensive. And of course Obamas great revelation to inflate our tires.
