Remember when the government put price freezes on expendables? They don't remember that? Why not on the oil companies now? They are making a killing on this. Why? When they couldn't back then. What does it take to use the right tools anymore. How about 55 mph. federal speed laws. There are so manly other solutions to this......Risk of high cruel oil prices for economy?
The rich get richer the poor get poorer, same thing that always happens when Republicans are in control.
I'm pretty sure you meant 'crude', but 'cruel' seems to be a better choice of words! Yes, I agree they are cruel!!!
Welcome to the rat race. Oil goes up, Gas is soon to follow, deliveries and shipment now cost more. Stores mark up the price to alleviate the pric burden on them. Now that leaves us looking for that pay raise.
Well if things continue the way they are then the economy will be in trouble because people will use more $$ on gas just to get back and forth to work, grocery, etc.
I had to pull some money from my budget and put it with my disposable income just to afford going back and forth to work. You can also count on more people finding a way to deduct gas receipts come next tax season.
